Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the KeySentry AI platform operated by KeySentry AI LLC (“KeySentry AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at www.getkeysentry.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

KeySentry AI provides an AI credential intelligence platform that enables organizations to securely store, manage, rotate, and monitor API credentials for AI platforms including Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google AI, and Azure OpenAI. The Service includes encrypted credential storage, rotation tracking, real-time spend monitoring, role-based access control, audit logging, and compliance reporting.

2. Accounts and Organizations

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• Each organization is responsible for managing its own members, roles, and permissions
• The organization admin is responsible for all activity within their organization

3. Free Trial

• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all platform features
• A valid credit card is required to start the trial
• If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your credit card will be automatically charged at the applicable subscription rate
• You may cancel at any time during the trial by navigating to Settings > Billing or contacting support@getkeysentry.com
• Upon cancellation during the trial, you will not be charged, and your access will continue until the trial period ends

4. Subscription and Billing

• After the trial period, the Service is billed on a monthly subscription basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We may change pricing with 30 days’ written notice
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access after a 7-day grace period
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Store credentials for unauthorized or stolen accounts
• Attempt to access another organization’s data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API access
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals

6. Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including API credentials
• We do not access, use, or share your plaintext API keys for any purpose other than providing the Service
• You may export your data at any time via the Reports & Export feature
• Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days
• We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

7. Security

• All credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage
• We maintain SOC 2-aligned security controls and use SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure providers
• We will notify you of any data breach affecting your organization within 72 hours of discovery
• You are responsible for the security of your own account credentials and Admin API keys

8. Service Availability

• We target 99.9% uptime for the Service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance
• We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet service issues, or force majeure events

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• KeySentry AI stores and manages credentials on your behalf but does not control the AI platforms those credentials access. We are not responsible for charges, data loss, or service disruptions on third-party AI platforms
• You acknowledge that automated key rotation involves creating and deleting API keys on third-party platforms, and you assume responsibility for ensuring your applications are updated to use new keys
• KeySentry AI is not responsible for any damages resulting from expired, rotated, or revoked credentials, whether managed manually or through the automated rotation feature

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeySentry AI LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms with 7 days’ written notice (or immediately for security-related violations)
• Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted
• Sections 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own costs.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
